It's official The CW has cast Cole Sprouse (The Suite Life of Zack and Cody/On Deck) and Lili Reinhart as Jughead and Betty respectively in the pilot for the upcoming series Riverdale based on the famous Archie Comics. Riverdale is said to be Twin Peaks meets the Archie Comics. The series will take a look at the darker side of the seemingly wholesome town. It sounds interesting enough, and I think it's definitely worth checking out once or twice. There is currently no set premiere date but stay tuned to AUTHORIZED for more information.
