Stars Hollow Is Expanding!

It looks like Stars Hollow will be getting several new residents when the Netflix revival of Gilmore Girls premieres this year.  Below you can find the list of new characters and some of what you can expect from them. No word on casting information yet, but as per usual we here at AUTHORIZED will keep you posted.

Berta and Alejandro - A Peruvivan copuple.  Alejandro is a handyman and a strong headed family man.

Nat Compton - An incredibly miserable looking man who never smiles.

Dewey - A 13 year old. 

Clementina - A Portugese nanny.

Tim - A 7 year old

Gabriela - A 5 year old. Tim's sister. 

Stevie and Kwan - 9 year old Korean-American twins (Lane and Zack's twins)

Paul - A pleasant 30 something Michael Cera type

Jim - An older high-end men's magazine editor

Dwayne - An average blue-collar

Damon - Good looking, eager, 20's.

We are also sad to report that Melissa McCarthy still has not signed on to the revival for even a cameo appearance.  Amy Sherman-Palladino is claiming that they reached out to Melissa's representation/team and Melissa is still claiming nobody has asked her to return.   Hopefully it'll all be just a big misunderstanding and Melissa will actually appear in at least one episode.  However on a positive note, please take a look at the picture above and note that GILMORE GIRLS: SEASONS is PREMIERING THIS YEAR, 2016 ON NETFILX! Also the Netflix Instagram stated in the picture description that a new SEASON premieres on Netflix in 2016.. Could this mean that we may actually get more than four episodes of Gilmore Girls if the fans go insane, which we already are...
